If ur ever wondering why I am the way I am I bought and read the Emily the strange books as a child and in the second one Emily accidentally splits herself into her good and evil halves and the only way she can merge back into one being was to sew her two halves together and mentally hug her other mind. When her minds merged back together the other body became a lifeless husk still attached to her via stitches and she thought it was cool but her mom made her cut it off and get rid of it. I think about that scene a lot and I think it really shaped me as a person
